It's actually interesting to see how @EliotHiggins use deception to lie to his audience in Berlin at the Atlantic Counsil 360/OS. On Day1 he presented his prove for the Russian destruction of a hospital in Sarmeen. Start at 25:30min:

First of all, he presents a video from the "Guardien" that is actually the last video of the "Sarmeen Coordina" Al Nusra/ White Helmets Motii Jalal & Muawyia Aga who are known for their participation even in the killing of detainees.

Muawyia Aga is seen inside the hospital after the airstrike that allegedly destroyed that hospital. Motii Jalal held the camera. Two days later at the Sarmeen Coordina channel shows the hospital intact and working.

1st image: According to Higgins the green dot is Motii's camera position (correct) and the orange color is "the location where the detonation actually happened" (totally wrong).
2nd image: position of the hospital (correct).

If we layer both images then Higgin's deception becomes obvious. The wrong position of the (orange) detonation suggests that the explosion happened close to the hospital.

Here is the location as seen from Motii's camera. There can be no doubt that the explosion occured to the right of Motii while the hospital is to his left.
After the explosion Motii stood uo and ran to the hospital where he met his Sarmeen Coordina partner Aga at the door.

Satellite images taken on 6/1/2016 prove the location of the explosion AND that even one year later the hospital is still intact.

The destroyed building is shown on RT television in an image taken on October 23, 2015. Higgins usedshowed that image to prove for the Atlantic Counsil audience the Russian RT and MOD are lying.

The presentation went comletely nuts when Higgins himself presented the very same image and his wrongly painted orange "explosion location" in an old satellite image..

Higgins conculdes that the Russians used an image from before the airstrike. That's right. However, Higgins lied by suggesting that the airstrike destroyed an hospital while I know that he knows that the hospital wasn't touched at all.

Exposing "lies" which are no "lies" by using "lies" is not just stupid. Accusing someone of war crimes by using lies is "highly likely" criminal.
