63 must be reunited by Tuesday July 10.
The others with more complicated cases, including 12 whose parents have been removed from the country - an extended timeframe / plan will be ordered by the Judge in the coming days.

16 won’t be released to their parents due to safety concerns (14 parents have a criminal history, 2 have a temporary safety issue e.g. communicable disease).

12 won't be reunited by the deadline because their parents were already deported (the gov't is working with the ACLU to set up a system to connect them).
8 parents have been released from custody and may not be vetted in time.
