He: Sir, as soon as we left the church on our wedding day everything fell apart
Pastor: What happened?
He: She said we live in her house in Ajah instead of my flat in Magodo, I said No, we argued, she called her driver and dumped me at the airport on the way to our honeymoon
Pastor invites her. What is the problem?
She: HOW CAN ANY SENSIBLE PERSON PREFER TO LIVE IN A FLAT AND PAY RENT INSTEAD OF A MANSION AND SAVE MONEY? That is poverty mentality. I was not brought up poor and I can never retrogress into poverty, not for love and not for any man!
Pastor: Why didn’t you tell him you cannot live in the flat before you got married?
She: I didn’t even for once imagine that he will not grab the offer. I thought he just didn’t want to be labelled a gold digger all the while he was looking for a flat to rent.
She: So we got married, finished at the reception and were going for honeymoon. I decided to surprise him by telling him i have prepared the master bedroom of my mansion for him and equipped it with the very best gadgets as a gift. A GIFT!
He will move in with me after the honeymoon and all he will need to move are a few of his important stuff. He said no. He took offence. If somebody is not cursed, would he prefer hard labour and rent payment to an easy life where he gets to save and build wealth?
She: I cannot believe somebody can because of Ego prefer to wallow in poverty, so i called my driver and left for my house. It is better we don’t consummate the marriage out of sentiment when we don’t have a home to live in (She left)
A month later Pastor invites them separately and asked them to prepare for a trip. (Pack a few clothes)
Pastor: Do you still love him
She: (Looks at him) Yes
Pastor: Do you still love her
He: Yes
Follow me. Pastor takes them to the one bedroom boys quarters behind his house.
Pastor: The kitchen is stocked. You will share the room and bathroom. You will go to work from here and return here after work. This is a place you can call home. If you need anything you can go to your houses, pick it and return here. Happy honeymoon
She didn’t believe it, her first instinct was to walk out, she carried her bags. He started laughing, practically goading her to be the stubborn one whose pride will get in the way of the marriage. He and his ego! She dropped the bag. She will manage. He is the proud one!
Day 1 - She was like a coiled spring. He sat with her, sang for her. She pushed, he loved. Her resistance broke that evening. They didnt talk about the future, just enjoyed the moments. At first she goes to her house daily but by day 15 she only longed for his company
Day 50 she asked if they can move to his flat in Magodo. He said he will like to see the furnished master bedroom in Ajah. They told the pastor. He blessed them. He drove her to Ajah spent a month. He said Home is wherever she is. She suddenly got it, it became crystal clear
She moved to Magodo a week later.
He: Why have you moved here?
She: I am pregnant
He: Wow. But you will need more space
She: No! You said Home is wherever I am. I feel that way too

They have three children now!
They live in their own property in Magodo

Hope you got it!
