United States Attorney Ron Parsons announced that a Rapid City, South Dakota, woman convicted of False Statement was sentenced by Chief Judge Jeffrey L. Viken, U.S. District Court.
Michelle Elbow Shield, age 20, was sentenced on July 6, 2018, to 3 months in federal prison, to be followed by 2 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
Elbow Shield was indicted for the charge by a federal grand jury in October 2017. The charge related to Elbow Shield making a false statement to a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation about an investigation of an assault that took place in February 2017.
This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Megan Poppen prosecuted the case.

Elbow Shield was immediately turned over to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Today, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released the number of enforcement actions at the southwest border for the month of December. Due to the lapse in funding, U.S. Customs and Border Protection is unable to publish the enforcement actions for December on its website.
Total Enforcement Actions (individuals apprehended in between the ports of entry and deemed inadmissible at the ports of entry) for the month of December in Fiscal Year 2019 was 60,782. December marks the third consecutive month of enforcement actions surpassing 60,000.

The timeline is clear, for their activity with regards to Trump. In reading this thread, I decided to get out of the foxhole and look at this from 60,000 feet. Then it hit me that every step of the way was a tied and trued methodology.
We do know that Rand Paul and Lindsey Graham both said they were given information to lead them to believe they were spied on as well. So then I went and found this chronology of all those who announced and when.
