I am so fucking SICK of Democrats being called Republican Lite, or Neo-Liberal, Corporatist.

Seriously, it is getting fucking OLD.

Here's what the Democrats have been doing for the last 25 years.

Democrats have been advocating for progressive taxation for years now, every single Democratic Presidential nominee for the last 20 years, has run on a progressive tax platform.

~ Democrats have been trying to raise taxes for years, blocked by the GOP

~ Numerous times Democrats tried to raise taxes on corporations who offshore manufacturing, blocked by GOP

~ The Democrats have been trying to raise the minimum wage for years, blocked by the GOP.

~ Democrats tried to pass the Paycheck fairness Act, but blocked by GOP

~ Democrats tried to pass a Union bills such as Card Check and Employee FreeChoice Act Public Safety Employer-Employee Cooperation Act, all blocked by the GOP

~ Democrats have always been strong advocated for Public and Private Unions, so to claim otherwise is just a flat-out lie.

~ Democrats wanted to pass the Emergency Senior Citizens Relief Act, blocked by GOP

~ Democrats have always protected the EPA

~ Democrats TRIED to pass the Repeal Big Oil Tax Subsidies Act, but was blocked by GOP

~ Democrats have been trying to protect Public Lands

~ Democrats have always supported extending Unemployment Benefits, when GOP didn’t

~ Democrats have been blocking the GOP from opening up drilling in the Alaskan Wildlife Refuge

~ Democrats tried to pass the American Jobs and Ending Offshoring Act/ blocked by GOP

~ Democrats have been working hard to save Social Security/ GOP wants to privatize

~ Democrats have always voted in support of funding disaster relief for hurricanes.. etc… even tho it is mostly Red Staes that need the help, Democrats are still always trying to help those people in need, even when they are not their constituents, and again, the GOP blocks

~ Democrats have been working hard to save Social Security/ GOP wants to privatize

~ Democrats have been woking hard to Save and expand Medicaid / GOP wants to cut/ refuses to expand

~ Democrats have been working hard to save CHIP- Children’s Health Care/ the GOP let it run out

This is just a small list of some of the things the Democrats have been doing and trying to do for the people for the last 25 years, but they keep getting blocked by the GOP, cuz the GOP has held the House for
19 YEARS out of 23 years.

How anybody can claim that Democrats are Right Wing, or even Centrist, is fucking beyond me.

I know one thing, I am sick of it, and Bernie started MOST of these lies, claiming the Democrats are the party of the 1%.
