Intensive solar activity helps align the planet's magnetic field, which is a protective shield.
The solar wind itself acts as a massive celestial car wash, sweeping cosmic rays off course.
This means that by the time you hit full and new moon, brains have been "softened up" and exhausted for extra effect.
Over the imminent Leo eclipse, there will be no kuarter because there simply aren't ANY waves of solar emissions to catch for days ahead.

Focus and flow facilitate Awareness, as long as you have primed yourself to pay attention – in this case to celestial dynamics.
If you focus on something you're authentically excited about, you become less susceptible to getting unsettled. + FREE ENERGY !!
If instead you're unsettled, it's a sign that you have unresolved issues residing in the unconscious. TRANSCEND.
This is easy and self-explanatory. I'm extra careful to keep away from fatalistic defeatist astrologers.
I have filtered mineralized low-acidity water in every room. Water and mineral balance are essential to maximizing brain function. Also very hard to measure, so I don't typically supplement with minerals unless I have a clear complaint.
Those in severe distress can easily sleep 12+ hours daily until the cycle's over. I'm cutting from 6-8 to 4-5 hours a day.
Less extended sleep = higher levels of adrenaline = guess what happens in the brain. Productivity binge like knife through butter.
Acoustics are a great way to get a particular type of activation if you know yourself & know what you're doing. Major high.

So much is about the mentality. Mine is that I will be partying while long-delayed tasks evaporate at my touch and amazing content creates itself.
Enjoyment is a focal node for extended High Awareness, but more another time.
