ADVANCEMENT IN SOLMINIMAL LUNACYCLES

We’re on the cusp of the second large lunar eclipse for this Major Solar Minimum.

Feeling a bit of "the sadness of the wounded cosmos"? Take the headless chicken approach.

Most of the time, solar activity dominates other celestial influences on your mind (gravity, EMs, cosmic rays).

Not at a solar minimum. The naive chart below shows the short cycle (7-11 years). I expect this minimum to be Major: with multicycle minima coincident.
When Sol checks out, the effects of lunar gravity are felt more strongly.

Lunar gravity has direct effects on the brain, as well as on the Earth's magnetic field – and so on the brain.

The effects are amplified when lunar gravity is aligned with its solar counterpart.
Solar minima also weaken Earth's defenses against harmful cosmic rays making impact.

Intensive solar activity helps align the planet's magnetic field, which is a protective shield.

The solar wind itself acts as a massive celestial car wash, sweeping cosmic rays off course.
No solar emissions = cosmic ray carpet bombing = lo-awarenes and untrained people get unsettled, erratic, emotional even off the major lunar phases.

This means that by the time you hit full and new moon, brains have been "softened up" and exhausted for extra effect.
Over the Cancer eclipse a couple of weeks ago, we dodged a bullet by catching one – a small waft of solar emission that smoothed things out.

Over the imminent Leo eclipse, there will be no kuarter because there simply aren't ANY waves of solar emissions to catch for days ahead.
There's no way to train your mind overnight to channel powerful celestial stimulus effectively. But you can still use some tactics to take advantage.

Everyone is different, so I won't give advice, especially on a subject we know so little about. Here's simply what I'm doing.
1. Fasting

Effective immediately, I'm going to ZERO calories for at least a few days.

Fasting sharpens your inborn defenses and the mind itself, which makes Awareness better & easier.

I may only take some ubiquinol if I feel like AMPLIFYING.
2. Focus

I already have a list of high priority but very specific tasks to tackle for the next few days (made during last new moon eclipse).

Focus and flow facilitate Awareness, as long as you have primed yourself to pay attention – in this case to celestial dynamics.
Concentration is like a lens of do mind onto itself. The mind is like a muscle – the more intensely you use it, the finer your ability to wield it.

If you focus on something you're authentically excited about, you become less susceptible to getting unsettled. + FREE ENERGY !!
If you're at a higher level, this is a great time for Creative Activity. The fluctuation unlocks unconscious, memories & other juicy bits.

If instead you're unsettled, it's a sign that you have unresolved issues residing in the unconscious. TRANSCEND.

3. Remembering who DA BOSS is

This is easy and self-explanatory. I'm extra careful to keep away from fatalistic defeatist astrologers.

4. Hydration and mineral balance

I have filtered mineralized low-acidity water in every room. Water and mineral balance are essential to maximizing brain function. Also very hard to measure, so I don't typically supplement with minerals unless I have a clear complaint.
5. LESS sleep, MOAR naps

Those in severe distress can easily sleep 12+ hours daily until the cycle's over. I'm cutting from 6-8 to 4-5 hours a day.

Less extended sleep = higher levels of adrenaline = guess what happens in the brain. Productivity binge like knife through butter.
6. Unlock & amplify with music

Acoustics are a great way to get a particular type of activation if you know yourself & know what you're doing. Major high.

Right now I'm using this bit courtesy of @surfbrainwaves. Decidedly not for the faint of heart.

7. SURF THE ENERGY WAVE AND ENJOY THE HELL OUT OF IT

So much is about the mentality. Mine is that I will be partying while long-delayed tasks evaporate at my touch and amazing content creates itself.

Enjoyment is a focal node for extended High Awareness, but more another time.
