I had no idea "ineligible" parents included people the Trump administration had simply lost track of -- sometimes because they were deported w/o their children, often with the understanding that w/ deportation would come reunification.

She talks to a father who agreed to be deported to Guatemala with the promise of getting his daughter back. The US government lied to him though. He's home, and his girl, who was 5 when she was taken away, is in New York. No one can tell him when she'll be returned.
