This also highlights challenges of fighting terrorist propaganda online: unless you deny server access (always temporary) or capture chief propagandists (very difficult), you're looking at an extremely brief takedown. & any takedown is temporary as long as the org has supporters
And, lastly: the internet makes it easy for anyone who sympathizes with an organization to spread information—including false info & messaging not in line w/ official organizational strategies. Not always a boon: creates serious command & control issues.
