everyone's favorite bumbling nazi lawyer will be back in front of judge moore in charlottesville circuit court this afternoon at the sentencing hearing for his client, kkk wizard richard preston.
today's sentencing hearing is a postponement of the one they tried to have back in may after preston changed his plea to guilty the day before his trial was scheduled to start.
at the failed first attempt at a sentencing hearing, elmer brought five witnesses, one of whom alluded to being burned by corey long, the man preston fired his gun at.
this is a lie. wonder if gregory scott woods will be back to perjure himself today?
it’s always nice to see elmer in action. who knows, maybe he’ll publicly slander me in a court of record again today, like he did back in april.

daniel borden will be sentenced tomorrow after pleading guilty in may 2018 for his role in the brutal beating of deandre harris on august 12, 2017.
he entered an alford plea for felony malicious wounding - briefly, this means he maintains innocence while admitting he knows the state has sufficient evidence to convict him (because he's, you know, on video committing the crime)

two other men have already been tried, convicted, and sentenced for their participation in this beating. alex ramos & jacob goodwin were convicted in 2018 and will serve 6 & 10 years, respectively.
