The @CLFSuperPAC obtained an UNREDACTED version of @SpanbergerVA07’s SF86, a highly confidential personal document never released to the public. Not even her SSN was blacked out. Either the Trump administration provided it, or a foreign adversary did.

These docs seem to have originated with a FOIA request, making it all the more likely this wasn’t the Russians or Chinese—but our own govt potentially exacting retribution against a Democrat in a competitive race.

.@SpanbergerVA07 just told reporters that her campaign--as is standard practice--FOIA'd her own personnel files in Dec. 2017... and they're still waiting for the response. Meanwhile, the GOP-backed group sought and received her (non-FOIA-able) unredacted SF-86 within 3 weeks. 🤔
