Bannon devised this bullshit spiel when his Cambridge Analytica scandal exploded and we saw the proof that this company is it’s not what it seemed. It’s really atrocious that reporters let Bannon get away with this garbage without nailing him on his own data crimes. Just awful.
Bannon is projecting his guilt with his smack talking on data. It’s so obvious to anyone paying close attention to the Cambridge Analytica saga. Giving this fascist oxygen without squeezing him on his own data crimes is just reckless. It’s infuriating.
Even TREY GOWDY thinks Bannon is suspicious AF. During Bannon’s private interview Gowdy held up email from Cambridge Analytica and asked Bannon if it was TREASONOUS. Gowdy says an email from Cambridge Analytica is one the reasons why there’s a Mueller investigation w/o a dossier.
Curious if @oliverdarcy heard @chrisinsilico on @EconomistRadio talk about why he left Bannon’s Cambridge Analytics. Wylie said their testing of RACE REALISM was the last straw. RACE FUCKING REALISM. Why is Bannon not being asked about _this_ evil?
Or maybe we could talk about the fact that Bannon was warned that Cambridge Analytica would run afoul of election law by Giuliani’s firm. Then CA/SCL’s “independent” barrister’s report couldn’t rule out that CA/SCL embeds worked in San Antonio in summer of ‘16 on incorrect visas?
tbh I’m prepared to be devastingly disappointed and outraged with Errol Morris’ upcoming Bannon interview movie. Even the best will probably botch it.
