9/ ironically, if Papadop had set out to meet Timofeev, he could have asked Weitz, rather than Mifsud, for an introduction, since Weitz' contact with Timofeev much more extensive than Mifsud (or the investigated Papadop). Did Mueller ever detain and interview Weitz?
10/ Timofeev interviewed by Mueller in summer 2017 and released. If Mueller seriously thought that he was spy, they would have charged him. Papadop was arrested on Jul 31, 2017. Almost immediately, Mueller/FBI leaked emails involving Papadop to WaPost.

12/ on Aug 15, 2017, Timofeev published russiancouncil.ru/en/news/in-sea… a little-known detailed response to US media commentary where "one conspiracy theory is rapidly followed by another".
13/ he had responded to "unofficial emails" from Papadop in spring 2016 regarding "possible visit to Russia by Trump or team members". "Given RIAC’s practice of hosting public meetings with prominent political figures", Timofeev regarded initiative as "matter of routine"
14/ In response, RIAC requested and insisted on an "official" inquiry from US concerning visit by Trump or team members. He stated that "RIAC received no official inquiry or request from Trump campaign headquarters" and :therefore, "did not consider issue of a possible visit"
15/ Timofeev asserted that RIAC was an "independent non-commercial organization" and forcefully rejected allegations that it was took of "governmental “directives”", " just like any American research institute or “think tank” would consider them insulting".

DOJ charged @NVeselnitskaya with making a "false and misleading declaration implying" that she had not participated in drafting Russian response to US inquiry. Before looking at details, the US DOJ made false statements in indictment, including canard that Magnitsky was lawyer.
2/ @LucyKomisar, who has diligently researched Browder frauds (and others) have shown that Magnitsky was accountant for Browder firms, convicted for his role in Browder tax frauds in Russia. He was NOT heroic "lawyer" exposing fraud.

3/ in a second article secureworks.com/research/threa… on June 26, 2016, SecureWorks described the techniques of the spearphishing campaign, providing several intriguing examples.

When DHS takes custody of immigrant children, the children are transferred to HHS, which has the responsibility of finding them a place to stay. In FY17, 40,810 children became the responsibility of HHS.
HHS typically sends the children to live with sponsors -- most of whom are supposed to be close relatives of the children.

They claim that it would be 10 year path to citizenship, but here are the relevant provisions. Clearly a 14-year path to citizenship. Are they confused or what? judiciary.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/…
They claim it would provide a pathway to citizenship for 1.8 million people. Yet @MigrationPolicy lists 1.5 million MAX eligible under similar base criteria & DACA saw just a 50-60% enrollment rate. That's max 1 million initially legalized w/o a path yet
