TL'DR: strong evidence of editorial bias @BJSM_BMJ towards promotion of an anti-dietary guideline, pro low-carbohydrate high-fat diet, statin-conspiracy narrative and strategic demotion of any counter debate and arguments

@BJSM_BMJ This bias is potentially facilitated by a lack of transparent preventative processes and policies within the BJSM and not in line with current best practice journal editorial guidelines.
