In the most creepy statement of all, Zuckerberg says of controlling "foreign" content on Facebook, "It’s an arms race, and it will take the combined forces of the U.S. private and public sectors to protect America’s democracy from outside interference."

In addition to admitting that Facebook has "worked with law enforcement to take down accounts in Russia," Zuckerberg also boasts that, in the lead-up to the election in US ally Germany, "we worked directly with the government to share information about potential threats." 
Also terrifying is that Zuckerberg bragged Facebook is partnering with the warmongering neoconservative website the Weekly Standard as an independent "fact checker."
