The world is pretty amazing. It's 10:00am on the East Coast I've spent the morning working with product teams in India, Mexico, and France, and they're asking the *best* questions. Sharing a few here.
"By emphasizing two-week sprints, how do we maintain the context of the whole release?"
"How do we invite customers & the Business into our teams but as partners, not just as requirements-givers?"
"How do we say no?"
"How do we work with teams that we have some interdependency with but that use different [processes/tools/practices/languages/standards]?"
"Is there such thing as a critical path in Agile?"
"How do we help one another not be afraid [to descope, to speak up, to try new things]?"
"How do we investigate when the way forward is not clear?"
"So process change is easy enough, but how do we coach *mindset* change?"
"Should we emphasize quality forecasting or commitment to experiments? How do we respond to requests for forecasts?"
"How do we measure complexity?"
"What do you think of this sprint data visualization? Is this dangerous to measure?"
"Does this get easier?"
I'll close this thread with a spin on a favorite Thomas Pynchon quote: "If you can get people asking the right questions, you don't really have to worry about the answers."
