As well as housing and transportation, the WF ticket unashamedly put issues like racist policing, immigration raids and sex workers’ rights front and centre of their policy platform.
If open selections in Labour mean primary style campaigning, that’s a good opportunity to get these kinds of social justice issues (once considered niche) on the agenda.
