2/ I call Clovis (19 hours of testimony/interrogation), Page (10 hours of iinterrogation), Sater (publicly offered full cooperation), and Nader (publicly reported cooperation) "Cooperating Individuals" because all are *voluntarily* submitting themselves to Mueller's questioning.

3/ Meanwhile, Bannon had to be threatened with a subpoena; Prince had phones and computers seized and voluntarily spoke to Congress—where he lied repeatedly under oath—though not Mueller, to our knowledge; and Kushner and Jr. have spoken to Congress but not, it appears, Mueller.

4/ I've said before that I think there's a chance SESSIONS is cooperating; that STONE is close to being indicted; and that there are others (notably SCHMITZ, GORDON, [Stephen] MILLER, and HICKS) who we should expect are going to face a *lot* more questioning in the months ahead.

5/ Americans should *expect* that there will *ultimately* be indictments (or else cooperation deals) for PRINCE, KUSHNER, and TRUMP JR. I don't know when they will come; contrary to what the trolls say, I *never* say "this is imminent" about indictments—that's absolutely moronic.

6/ I've left out some other names—notably BARRACK, MCFARLAND, MCFARLANE, KUBIC, MIZUSAWA, KELLOGG, (Ivanka) TRUMP, and (Eric) TRUMP—because we don't have enough information yet to adjudge what's happening (if anything) with these folks. But they—like the others—could be critical.

7/ If you want to judge Mueller's progress, create for yourself a single list of all the names I've mentioned in this thread—it will show you how many of the likely co-conspirators or *major* witnesses have been convicted, charged, interrogated, or placed into a cooperation deal.

8/ What you'll see when you do that is (a) we have a long way to go here, (b) Mueller is making *amazing* progress, and (c) this *will* end with Donald Trump's impeachment, with the only question ultimately being whether there are 67 votes to convict and remove him in the Senate.

9/ The answer to the question many have asked—about whether PENCE has criminal liability—is that at this point I don't see it, though I suspect he knew more about what Flynn was doing (or knew Flynn was lying earlier) than he now says. But he does not look to be a Mueller target.
