The more I think about it. The more it works. Donald Trump is a welfare recipient. He got massive amounts of cash subsidies from his father, but that was only possible by cheating the government. So essentially Trump lived off of taxpayer money his entire life.
It’s so easy for Americans to believe the myth of success when it comes to a heterosexual white man. Trump was BELIEVABLE because of the gender and race he inherited. The press believed it. Entertainment producers believed it. Voters believed it. White supremacy is believable
But let’s ask ourselves what labels we would have for a black woman who lived off of millions of dollars stolen from the US government. We don’t have to imagine. The words are in our lexicon: welfare queen. Ghetto. She suffers from a pathology.
The immigrant version: he is “taking advantage” of America. He hasn’t earned the right to be here. He’s using resources that should be reserved for “Americans.” He is a threat.
The magic of Trump and what he represents is the myth he has benefitted from. The myth which allows us to put immigrant children in cages due to their supposed threat while he invests stolen government money into scam businesses that actually defraud people.
That isn’t his fault. He didn’t make the myth. America did. Over many generations. Trump is just the return on that corrupt investment in white supremacy. I just don’t want to hear anymore about a poor person, a refugee, a black woman being a threat when the real threat is POTUS.
Donald Trump is NOT a successful businessman. He’s a fraud who benefited and now is head of a crime family. There are people in prison with better ideas and more honest ways of making money than our president.
So when he sputters nonsense from the White House podium, when he spews bile from Twitter, when he inspires Senators to debase themselves in his name, remember that he ain’t nothing but an unreformed criminal who could not have survived if he faced a truly level playing field.
Oh, and it’s actually welfare FRAUD.
