It is not possible to exhaustively list Do’s and Dont’s of Brahmacharya as they depend on the context. The more general precepts (Sāmānya Dharma) are listed by Patanjali as the 5 Yamas and 5 Niyamas, in his Yogasūtras.

The Dharmaśāstras provide more detailed examples for Brahmacharya, by giving different contexts, so that a person can learn from them and generalize appropriately to suit to a different situation.

@IndiaFactsOrg There is a naïve notion amongst Feminists, especially those working in journalism, that bringing attention to abuse with #MeToo and setting the norms on language (the embedded tweet) will alter the perceptions of people. In fact, the opposite is the case.
@IndiaFactsOrg In fact, the opinions of people have turned to the worse after the highlighting of abuse ! We also need to square up with the fact most vicious abusers are also people who maintained a liberal, feminist persona. This shows mere words don’t matter at all.
