Two journalists Jerry Gana and Simpson Ogbu were reported to have been abducted by unknown gunmen in Nasarawa state yesterday and we, especially journos, are not talking about this? Have they been freed, I doubt? @RSF_en @CPJAfrica
Of course, these journos work for the Nasarawa Broadcasting Service, not the 'privilege media,' apparent why there is utter silence. We should always realise that any attack on the media should be about the journalism profession and never about who, where you work.
According to the Nasarawa Police Command spokesman, the two journalists were abducted on October 23rd near Keffi, a few kilometres to Abuja? Who abducted them, why were they abducted? Any body with information should help. @RSF_en

The abduction of Jerry and Simpson is troubling, this, if we do not take very seriously, may affect is all. A country where a general is not safe to travel on our roads, no one is safe anymore anywhere. #WhereIsJerryandSimpson
