2/6. Section 86(2)(b) of the #ZWConstitution limits fundamental rights & freedoms over "public health," among other limitations.

3/6. These are specific crimes:
1. illegally practice medicine or pharmacology
2. falsification in violation of consumer-protection laws & advertising standards
3. endanger or medically violate another's life, individual dignity, physical well-being or mental health.

4/6. The above crimes ordinarily arise out of #undueInfluence - "influence by which a person is induced to act otherwise than by their own free will or without adequate attention to the consequences."

5/6. Essential elements of #undueInfluence: 1) One of the Parties dominates the will & mind of another; & 2) The Dominating Party has taken an unfair advantage over the weaker party or the action is unconscionable.

6/6. A person is deemed 2b dominating th will of another 1) where he holds a real/apparent authority over th other or where he stands in a fiduciary relation 2th other, 2) where there a person whose mental capacity is affected by reason of age,illness or mental or bodily distress
