Universal healthcare , however hard it may seem to achieve, should be something the government of the day should prioritize and relentlessly pursue . With that , Kenyans will not fall into the trap of #QuackClinic
#QuackClinic is a sorry case of Kenyans trying to preserve their lives but instead , endangering the same lives for lack of better healthcare options. Universal Healthcare should not only be on paper among the Big 4 Agenda. It should be implemented
But how can we have a conversation about Universal Healthcare if we do not have the conversation about misuse of funds and corruption in both our Public and private healthcare systems?

My take:
For Africa to benefit from these strategies from either the USA or from China, there is need to move as a unit.
When China pledges funding , they do so while looking at Africa as a unit.
We must not forget that every country in Africa has it's own needs and interests.
But these needs should not drive a country to entertain imperialist/exploitative policies.

African countries need to stop being too thirsty for funding without proper monitoring and accountability mechanisms.

There is need to get our own strategy towards the East and the West.

Every argument I've ever had with a liberal about the family has involved them basing their arugments on the extreme cases rather than the typical cases, and has demonstrated their vast over suspicion towards the family and a near total lack of suspicion towards the state.
I have no doubt that families can be abusive and dyfunctional in many ways, but this relationship is human scale, and is one that in extremis we can in fact escape, whereas by definition it is very hard to escape or find easy recourse against an overmighty government.
The modern day liberal begins with the presumption that a very extreme and individualistic form of negative liberty from our neighbours is good and vital, and works back from that assumption.

In this scenario #Medicare4All has been passed with the repeal of #Hyde so we don't have a problem funding abortions for anyone! But wait...does that overturn #TRAP laws? Waiting periods? Personhood bills? Heartbeat bills? 20 week bans? Specifically fund Planned Parenthood /2

I had insurance, could afford my healthcare my whole life. Why complain? The democrats destroyed it! Obama lied about how many didn't have "health care". It's MORE now. It's was never healthcare. It was an insurance scam.
There was never a health CARE problem. There was a COST problem.
Cost of giving "free" stuff to those who had no accountability for it was the CAUSE of the problems. It began with medicaid/medicare.
We were giving it to people who were illegal aliens as well as the poor.
