IMO the biggest takeaway from this piece is how much Joel Kaplan—you know, Brett Kavanaugh’s friend—really steered Facebook away from anything that might help expose how much it was used helped Trump Win and continues to push Rwnj posts. nytimes.com/2018/11/14/tec…
Also the @PodSaveAmerica crew might want to rethink their close allegiance with a Republican operator helping Facebook cover its bad acts.
And though we should have known at that Lean In garbage, Sheryl Sandberg is bad news. Facebook is a bad company. It should be broken up and regulated.
Facebook using antisemitism to go after its competitors and critics is one of the most disgusting bits of corporate skullduggery ever. Especially since Zuckerberg and Sandberg have both cited being Jewish to express their concern over hate speech. Shanda.
Again Brett Kavanaugh’s friend steered Facebook to leave trolls and hyperpartisan ‘news’ Up. Guess what kind of posts were most popular during Kavanaugh hearings? Those attacking Ford and pumping the ridiculous Whelan’s theory. So now Facebook helped get a Justice.
