“That’s not law,” Trump says of the 9th Circuit, in the wake of the district court ruling against Trump admin’s asylum policy. “It’s not going to happen like that any more,” he says of people filing cases within the 9th Circuit. “It means an automatic loss no matter what you do.“
”People should not be allowed to run to this very friendly circuit,” Trump added. “We will win that case in the Supreme Court of the United States.”
