NEW: We know that Cohen lied about Trump Tower Moscow but now I can confirm that the Russian real estate developer, Andrey Rozov, lied as well. Documents prove he lied when he said he owned 100% of the development company. In fact, at least 25% was owned by someone else.
Here's Rozov certifying that he owned 100% of IC Expert (the development company) as of October, 2015 when he signed the deal with Cohen and Trump. 
And here's an official IC Expert document from Jan 2016 (in Russian and then translated to English), as well as Russian business records confirming that "Stanislav Kozev" owned 25% of IC Expert.
Kozev, according to Russian business documents, appears to be the CEO of a telecommunications company in the Reutov suburb of Moscow.
It's my belief that Kozev operated as a stooge for someone more important, though I am still running down these leads. Bottom line: Rozov lied, Cohen lied, Peskov lied, Trump lied. Why?
