Charity Navigator gives the Clinton Foundation a 4-star rating. @JudicialWatch? 2 stars.
.@TomFitton says @JudicialWatch receives donations from nearly 400,000 individuals and institutions every year. But, who are they? We don't know because @JudicialWatch doesn't post its donors, nor does it post its 990. #2StarOperation
.@JudicialWatch is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. #2StarOperation
In 2016, when asked by the IRS “Did the organization engage in direct or indirect political campaign activities on behalf of or in opposition to candidates?” @JudicialWatch answered “No.”
In 2016 alone, @JudicialWatch sent 109 press releases attacking Hillary Clinton. Wonder how many they sent criticizing Donald Trump? The answer is 0. #2StarOperation
.@JudicialWatch spends less than 60 percent of its money on programs, and more than 30 percent to raise more money. #2StarOperation
.@JudicialWatch only has three board members, and none of them are independent. #2StarOperation
Here's what Fitton thinks about the I.R.S.:

“I think the I.R.S. is a Sword of Damocles over the First Amendment, and I think it is a menace.” - @TomFitton
Next up are John Moynihan and Larry Doyle. These guys have a firm with five other associates. One of them is Larry Johnson, who has a history of advancing false, right-wing conspiracy theories. None of this, of course, made it into @jsolomonReports opinion pieces.
In 2008, Larry Johnson promoted a concocted conspiracy theory that claimed Michelle Obama was captured on tape using a slur. His bogus lie would be enough for competent and sane people to stay a mile away from him. What Moynihan and Doyle do? Embrace him.
In 2013, Johnson used doctored audio to falsely accuse John Kerry of war crimes in Vietnam. Doctored audio. Moynihan and Doyle, they said Larry come on board. These guys are the whistleblowers @jsolomonReports has been relying on to peddle nonsense about the @ClintonFdn.
Another one of Moynihan and Doyle's associates, Richard McKeon, stepped down last year after he was implicated in a scandal covering up the arrest of a judge in Massachusetts.
On @cspan just now John Moynihan said he and Doyle gave @thehill's @jsolomonReports their materials, and that Solomon in turn gave them to @MarkMeadows and the @GOP.
Doyle and Moynihan are bounty hunters. They can't even get the name of a Foundation program right. Meadows, understanding he's made a mistake, is visibly frustrated with his two star witnesses.
Jody Hice (R-GA) is admonishing @MarkMeadows’s two star witnesses, saying he thinks they are gaming the Committee for their own personal benefit.

This sums up the Oversight of Nonprofit Organizations hearing.

BONUS TWEET, because you can't make this up: Moynihan and Doyle acknowledged they cited a manufactured QAnon lie in their appeal to the IRS.
