@ZoeTillman Here's a good thread of what's going on at the Flynn sentencing hearing. (Zoe is in the courtroom itself; others are in the side room where you can tweet.) Sullivan repeatedly questioned Flynn and Kelner (his lawyer) about their sentencing memo's claims —>
Basically, because of the way Flynn handled his sentencing memo — raising issues about how his interactions with federal agents were handled — the judge is going through an extended back-and-forth to make clear on the record that Flynn is actually admitting guilt to the charges.
I mean, this is both obviously true, and amazingly stated, when put on the record:
Sullivan was appointed to DC judgeships by Reagan and HW Bush, and then to the federal district court by Clinton.

And, here we go. Flynn sentencing almost certainly will be delayed.
Interesting note: "Kelner said he believed the Alexandria investigation 'is the only area in which there is anything left to give.'"
JUST IN: Following up on today's Flynn hearing, Judge Sullivan adds minimal travel restrictions — requiring a motion if he wishes to travel more than 50 miles outside DC and surrendering his passport — starting on Jan. 4, 2019. Some already-planned travel is approved as well.
