Since I have a CO2 monitor, I know that 600 ppm of CO2 in a room starts make me feel I could use some fresh air. Aside from climate disruption, do we realize that’s were we’re heading for our *outside* air under not-too-extreme emissions scenarios?

And, given that sensitivity of the human body and brain to CO2, might it be that the jump in atmospheric CO2 from 278 ppm (pre-industrial) to the present 410 ppm already has an effect on us?
Or, come to think of it, could it be that I'm already affected by the difference between the 325 ppm in the air around us when I was a kid, and the 410 ppm that we experience now?
Belgium’s new (2016) standard for workplaces: max. 800 ppm CO2 in the air. Background document: “In over half of the studies, the level at which people start to experience discomfort is 600 ppm or less”. That’s in good agreement with my own observations.

Ok, that does it. How can we overlook that these future atmospheric CO2 scenarios not just mean big climate trouble, but a total loss of fresh air, all over the world, as well?!
600 ppm = level at which many start to feel discomfort, incl. me
800 - 1000 = indoor limits workplaces
Just in my lifetime, we’ve reduced the difference between the outdoor CO2 concentration then (1960) and the level at which many begin to experience discomfort by 1/3.

(Difference was 600 - 317 = 283;
now already decreased by 409 - 317 = 92)
And just to be sure, the solution to Global Dazing is the same as for Global Warming: reduce global CO2 emissions to zero, asap.
Would you like to measure (indoor) CO2 yourself, to get a feel for the levels that give you discomfort? There’s many devices available. I have this one, which comes with a USB connection. It’s pretty good, but I think it was cheaper when I bought it.
Oh, wait, better let some fresh air in before doing any more tweets on #GlobalDazing ;)
