Globalism brought a lot of productive factors into play. Globalization isn't ending. It's morphing into a more sustainable componentized version.
The American imperium isn't being liquidated either, just undergoing a corporate reorganization. Non-performing assets are being ditched. New coalitions are being formed. The imperium now has its sights set on domains, of which technological dominance and space matter most.
Outer space breaks the nuclear deadlock and reopens the frontier -- forever. But the key to being the eventual 1st mover is technological dominance. That's where the future is. Not in multilateral institutions, the "sucker game".
