The 202-page House rules resolution was just filed. #HR4 has several changes for the upcoming @86thLegislature, so I'll be recapping some of those changes in this thread. #txlege
Rule 2, Section 9 is modified to allow "not more than two individuals to serve as parliamentarian." Speaker Bonnen announced that Sharon Carter and Hugh Brady will be the co-parliamentarians. #txlege

The Committees on Pensions and Investments & Financial Services will merge to have 11 members. The Committee on Rules and Resolutions changes names to the Committee on Resolutions Calendars. The Committee on Special Purpose Districts is eliminated. #txlege
The governor's chief of staff and director of legislative affairs will be entitled to the privileges of the floor of the house. #txlege
The number of members required to contest a Local & Consent calendar is increased from 5 to 10. The 10 minutes normally required to contest a L&C calendar begins AFTER the speaker lays out the bill. A motion to postpone a bill on L&C to another day requires 2/3 vote #txlege
Adds that if a L&C bill is removed on 3rd reading it shall appear on the supplemental daily house calendar for the next legislative day. #txlege
Strikes the provision that allows the speaker, after consulting with the author, to return a bill or JR to senate if the speaker determines Senate amendments are not germane to the House version. #txlege
Adds Rule 15 to define appropriate workplace conduct. #txlege

Natalia Veselnitskaya had been working on the Prevezon case for years, but in 2014 she involved herself drafting of the official response to the DoJ's invocation of a treaty for legal assistance.

She sent the evidence that she worked with the Kremlin to SDNY prosecutors.

Thread: Most folks know by now that last week U.S District Judge O’Connor in Fort Worth ruled the individual mandate in the ACA, and therefore the rest of the ACA, to be unconstitutional throwing the legislation that has protected and provided coverage for many into question. 1/8

The Evidence Obtained Outside Cameras will not show any evidence of ‘tempering’ but other than license plates of dozens of diplomatic cars (Many with tinted windows-large trunks) with related time stamp, drivers Info, model/year: Nothing.
#Turkish Intel-Investigative Bodies also have the list of all Diplomatic & Private Saudi & “other significant’ Planes in #Turkey for the period of ‘interest.’ Many of the Target airports have their own security cameras & related evidence.
