Do you know Emma Morel - she is a Legal Executive last known to be working at @GardnerLeader solicitors in Berkshire. This woman has falsely accused me of sexual offences on no les than four occasions, all of which have been investigated by Police and been proven to be lies.
On the last two occasions, Police sought advice from the @cpsuk for charging her with Perverting the course of justice. Unfortunately, CPS didn't agree, and as a result she gets off scot-free. Until now. Because her allegations were provably lies...

before a Circuit Judge in Manchester! I She has also accused her father, and uncle of similar offences, and when these ewre proven to be false, she was issued with cautions. She has a Police Notice for Distorder, for a similar allegation against some random person in Luton.
Addtionally, she has made allegations against me in three different police areas, deliberately "force-shopping" to try to find a polcie force that wil arrest and charge me based on her lies. I wonder how mcu comensation she has claimed and been paid to date.
For some reason this individual is employed by @GardnerLeader , and is regulated by @CILExRegulation , which just demonstrates how ridiculous the regulatory framework is. If you know this women, and you are male, you should take every possible step to avoid being accused by her.
Clearly both @gardnerleader and @cliexregulation need to examine whether this individual is a "fit and proper person" within the meaning of the Legal Services Act 2007. And anyone involved with her should consider whether this is the sort of person they want as a friend. ENDS
