--68% of respondents without children would choose to become a physician again, compared to 42% with one, 36% with two, and 32% with three or more children
--42.6% of respondents experienced symptoms of burnout
--Only 20.2% had access to paid maternity leave
--Perceived gender-based discrimination at their current workplace was reported by 76.6%
--Highest ranked measures to improve work-life balance for women neurologists were flexible work schedules (97.7%), followed by paid maternity leave (83.7%) and the option to work part time (83.2%)
