When the US deploys drone swarms that will shadow their boomers constantly they'll have to think of something else. Russia is becoming abigger version of North Korea.
Wars are now won by economic and technological competition. North Korea had nothing but a giant army which the years turned to rust. South Korea had an economy which proved much more value.
