Why your TAA replacement should be Luke Shaw, a thread:

TAA is reported out until the 24th Feb. That's 4/5 GW's depending on whether he comes back that week or GW28.

So you need a replacement with 4/5 good fixtures.
I'm going to assume you can't just go for VVD or Robertson.
Other options include Doherty, Digne, Bamba.
Wolves have nice fixtures until GW29 with 4 home games and Hud away.
But Wolves only have 1 CS in 14 games.
Doherty has 4 attacking returns which means 10 blanks.
Cardiff have good fixtures until GW31.

However, that only includes 4 home games, including Bournemouth, Everton and West Ham.

Cardiff have 3 CS's in the last 4 but don't have as nice upcoming fixtures as first appears.
Everton have a good run until GW27 then play Cardiff in GW28.

Digne has three attacking returns in the last four GWs and Evertons next 4 opponents have TWO CS's between their last 4 games.

Thats two CS's over 16 games.

Dignes a good pick but youre relying on attacking returns
Man U, however, have a good run until GW29, with only Liverpool at home in the middle.

One of their away games is Palace though. Good news, they only scored once in their last 3 home games!

Less attacking but more defensively reliable
Shaw or Digne?

Well, ideally you should have both.

With Digne you rely on his attacking returns (6 this season) and the CSs are a bonus. Shaw edges it because Man U seem more defensively solid, with the match against Spurs providing lots of confidence for players and managers
Cheeky #GW23 and #FPL tags for those sweet, sweet engagement ratings 👌
