The context is an exchange with Sarah Kendzior, who worked for Al Jazeera, a Qatari anti-Semitic and pro-terrorist outlet.

On Twitter, Sarah drew up a list of Trump stories that "the press seems particularly reluctant to pursue".
The stories unsurprisingly had a Jewish focus. They included Israel and a bizarre Politico conspiracy theory claiming that Chabad, an Orthodox Jewish group, was the secret link between Trump and Putin.
Sarah was being subtle in her trolling, but Nina was less so. "Interesting thread. To answer your final question, Israel, mossad, Chabad and black cube... you’re hitting the third rail of American journalism, Sarah."
What do those things have in common that make them the third rail? Well they all involve Jews. Don't they.
