(THREAD) As the “Rock Stone Mountain II” Klan/neo-Nazi rally approaches, South Carolina Libertarian Party activist Kathleen Leslie Snyder has been working with Georgia white supremacist Michael David Carothers / Michael Weaver to assist the event.

At the start of this year, a Facebook group named the “The Not-C Party ( C is for Communist )” shared a post by “Rock Stone Mountain”. The Rock Stone Mountain post was shared to “Not-C” by “Virden Mendoza”.

“Rock Stone Mountain” is currently organizing a white power rally set for February 2nd outside Atlanta.

“The Not-C Party” is a “Right Wing Extremists welcome” Facebook group used by white nationalists and other far-Right militants. “Virden Mendoza” is one of two administrators for the group.

We get a kinda “Nazi Party” feel from “The Not-C Party”.

The “Not-C” page recently promoted a rally in Washington DC in support of murderer James Alex Fields Jr; the white supremacists of the Rise Above Movement; and Proud Boys facing charges for group assaults in NYC. More info about the Jan 5 event here.

It’s easy to establish that “Not-C” admin “Virden Mendoza” is Kathleen Snyder of South Carolina, who previously went by the names “Kat Snyder” and “Agile Kat.”

Kathleen Snyder served as the Chair for the Libertarian Party of Charleston County, South Carolina for 2017-2018.

To give a further idea about her politics: Kathleen Snyder liked this post by the “Libertarian Fascist Caucus” of the Libertarian Party. (The caucus’ FB page is as bad as you’d imagine.)

Snyder does not hide being a white nationalist.

Now, Snyder is helping north Georgia white supremacist Michael Carothers AKA Michael Weaver. “Michael Weaver” was also in the “Unite the Right 2” planning logs.

As a sign of her political alliance with Michael Carothers/Weaver, Kathleen Snyder set her Facebook profile as “married” to “Michael Weaver” and changed her location to Georgia. Not everyone was amused by Weaver & Snyder’s flirtation.

As well as promoting Rock Stone Mountain II to her “Not-C” network, yesterday Snyder used the “Not-C Party” to circulate a blog post targeting alleged anti-racists. The original post went live on Michael Weaver/Carothers’ blog shortly before Snyder shared the link.

Kathleen Leslie Snyder is not the first Libertarian Party activist to become a white nationalist organizer, and sadly she won’t be the last. Will the Party give her political cover as she organizes with white supremacists? We’d like to be pleasantly surprised.
