All Parents/Nazmeen are requested to note following deadlines in regards to Atfal UK Trip 2019.

1. Non-Canadian Passport Holders MUST register before Friday, Jan 25th, 2019.
2. Canadian Passport Holders must register before Jan 31st, 2019.
3. Please also note that Tifl is only confirmed after receiving the following documents:

1. Air Ticket Copy
2. Travel Insurance Copy
3. Passport Copy
4. Consent Form Notarized
5. $150 Uniform Receipt

Please send these documents at the earliest at atfaluktrip@gmail.com
Deadline to send all these documents is also Jan 31st, 2019
