DSA really needs to move past Bernie Sanders. If you want to endorse him at some point then whatever, do it if he asks and in a democratic way. But attaching your entire movement to one old straight white man is not revolution.
DSA has gained so much power, to transfer it all into electoral politics and even worse presidential politics is a huge waste. To be trying to endorse him and urge him to run as if there isn’t anyone who shares his policies or that we know the whole field yet is wrong.
I say this as someone who still expects to probably support Bernie but even if he wins, we still need a revolution.
