Solved: This video claiming to show US Marines over Cúcuta is FALSE. This video is not even filmed in Cúcuta, it’s filmed in Bogotá

This video is filmed on Calle 6 in Bogotá, Colombia. 
Some additional information: I think it’s highly likely this video was filmed in July 2017. And this may have been a practice flyby for the 20th July Independence Day celebration
This video filmed on the 20th July 2017 shows the Colombian military helicopter flyby over the parade. The helicopters are in the same formation in both videos and both contain 5 Blackhawk helicopters. The video below has one less helicopter in formation than the previous video
The weather on these 2 videos are different which leads me to believe that the first video was taken in the days before the actual parade as a practice run
Attached are two photos:image 1 shows the direction of travel of the helicopters in the video. The second image shows the direction of travel towards Simon Bolivar park (the start point of the Independence Day parade) and there is a line between the park and location of the video
Without the original posting of the video online I can’t verify the exact date the video was take but I assess it was highly likely it was during July 2017. I would like to thank @SantiagoPe @smzlr and @CFrattini3 for helping with this.
And another video appeared online a few days ago to that is filmed on the same day showing the same helicopter formation passing over Bogotá
After being given an additional tip, I can now say with confidence that this was in act taken on 17th December 2018 at around 08:00 local time
