1. A 100% completion rate on cases prior to Jennie taking office.
How do we know this to be true when the numbers are not published. A large number of complaints, especially from Jewish members are copied into @JewishLabour and our tally significantly differs.

2. Doubled the size of the NCC.
One of our primary concerns is the factional nature of the Labour Party right as we have seen with Willsman/Livingstone, people are too willing to turn a blind eye to bigots. If the NCC is stuffed with yes men and women then how can we trust it?

2.1 The Jewish community rightly asked for an independent ombudsman to monitor this to provide some trust. This was rejected out of hand by Jennie and the leadership.

3. Appoint in-house legal counsel.
Whilst I am certain that Mr Nardell is a competent and qualified lawyer he is in no way independent. He knows half of the characters involved in this and has predetermined views on Lab antisemitism. There is no trust he is able to be impartial.

4. Small panels
Great. Pat on the fricking back. But if the panels are stuffed full of yes men and women then what the hell is the point? I and others have no confidence in the independence in the process.

5. Each case has an independent solicitor.
Who are the lawyers? What oversight is there? And what law do they specialise in. I.e have they ever worked on any antisemitism cases ever?

6. I believe the rule changes were a hybrid of proposals that built on the @JewishLabour rule change in 2016. This was a rule change initially resisted by the leadership.

7. Procedures working group
Is this procedures working group comprised of anyone who has sat down with the Jewish community or JLM to discuss our serious concerns over procedure?

8. IHRA Definition
Well our Leader had to be dragged kicking and screaming into this. The Unions had to put their feet down. This was hardly a moment of glory for anyone.

9. Writing to Facebook groups.
This was a suggestion that I initially put to Jennie in the 3 hour meeting I had with her. It took months and months to do this very simple and easy thing. I added that if they don't enforce things better she should ask them to withdraw...

9.1 Labour or Jeremy's name from their Facebook group titles. That second suggestion seems to have been forgotten.

10. Not everyone believes that GLU is independent. And looking at recent cases where people have been let back into the party, how can I or others have any confidence in the process?

Lastly. I have a number of outstanding cases. Some dating back three years. I have never been informed of the status of any of them. All I know is that they all remain members of the Labour Party.

Let's not forget that several MPs had threats of violence made against them. GLU knew and didn't tell the MPs involved and also failed to inform the Police...
I say that as someone who has had threats of violence from ppl claiming or be Labour supporters. Its terrifying.

I should also have added that I personally like Jennie very much. But I think even she doesn't believe what she has written. Almost as if it was written by a certain couple of individuals in LOTO and just told to put her name to it.
