Long After Midnight will be playing the rock classics played with verve and energy. The band was founded by Prof Barry King a passionate European and one of our own much loved and respected activists who sadly passed away last month and they will be playing in his memory.

John will be debuting songs from his new album Divided Kingdom. John often tours Europe and is extremely passionate about our EU citizenship, Freedom of movement and the effect of its loss to artists and musicians.

There is a serious point.

The Arts Sector employs 2 million people. Outside the EU without Freedom of Movement, artists will struggle to exist, or collaborate on EU projects and many will find themselves out of work. Young, up and coming artists will be affected the most.

Here is my little round up of todays stalls and the views and observations of our volunteers based on the conversations they had. We were in #Chester and #Northwich /thread
We used a new set of questions, which were suggested by @BrexitometerC in order to try and get a wider flavour of views in our local areas for which Brexit answer they prefer. After some discussion we left off question 5 in #Chester and kept it for #Northwich
You would think, listening to much of the brexit coverage and commentators this week, especially that which talks to “normal voters” that we would be inundated with angry people demanding a #crashoutnodeal Brexit on WTO and shouting about democracy

You can’t get a much starker warning than this. Airbus relies on working within a multinational cross border industrial and business environment.
We know that contingency plans have been made and people have been unable to speak out about that. But I urge you all to listen carefully to what Tom Enders is saying. It’s not just the jobs at Broughton at stake
It’s also the jobs reliant on the Airbus presence in the region, suppliers, supply chains, local businesses serving the workers, shops, restaurants. A large employer drifting away is like a domino falling over.

Here is a round up of our activities today. It was a busy day. We sent volunteers to the Cross in Chester and to Northwich to get out and talk to the people. THREAD
We took our lovely Mascot #EUnice and she really attracted some attention which allowed us to get into conversations with all kinds of people regardless of how they voted in the 2016 referendum.
People wanted to talk to us about how they felt about the #brexitshambles. We asked them what they thought about Mays deal, No-deal or Remain. There was quite a buzz and these were the scores on the doors about half way through.

What I'm about to say is not an exaggeration, and I'm sorry if it upsets you, sets off mental health stuff for you, etc. But when the plane starts losing altitude, it's time to listen to the flight crew even if what they're saying freaks you out.
From everything I've read and absorbed over the last couple of years, it seems to me that the Republican party has given up whatever it once was & gone for broke as the party of white nationalism. THIS COULD VERY EASILY BE A SUCCESSFUL STRATEGY. I feel we need 3 things:
1) For those who have been voting R for any morally defensible reason, including "save the world from Democrats," to take as fast a 180 away from "team loyalty" and toward decency and critical thinking as you can. Right now. Drop your illusions about your team. LOOK AROUND.
