I have to say, I'm more on the GND side than the Yellen side when it comes to environmental policy.

Both approaches under-emphasize technology and international incentives, but the Yellen approach under-emphasizes these things more.

Carbon tax is fine and good, but it's only one small piece of the climate solution, not the main tool.
