That case got spiked, but the collapse of the Soviet Union opened up new territory. So the money laundering switched to Russian in the 1990s an alliance of Marc Rich & Rsn Mob

Trump who was an FBI asset from at least 1981, probably earlier, & Felix Sater who was being used against the Russian Mob as an informant. They were teamed up to expose Russian money laundering
