Nancy Pelosi is introducing her TAX THE INTERNET ACT tomorrow, the same day she's taking her anti-First Amendment F the People Act to the House floor. 
Nancy Pelosi's TAX THE INTERNET ACT would reclassify broadband Internet access as a Title II service subject to federal universal service fund taxes (presently 20%) as well as state and local taxes under the *marketing slogan* of net neutrality.
Democrats have consistently rejected every net neutrality bill offered by Republicans to ban blocking, throttling, etc because the Republican bills do not gut the Internet tax ban.
