@BuzzFeed: We had the benefit of starting later. It's hard to change diversity in the newsroom when you're just firing people. If you look at great reporters and editors coming out of school, it's a diverse group. #SXSW
@BuzzFeedBen: We do see membership as part of our model now. We've been testing and we'll be ramping that up, asking people to pay for exclusive content. #SXSW
@morsea: It's a question we hear about a lot and we can be better. We need to reflect who are audiences are and we have a diverse audience ... There isn't enough diversity in leadership. #SXSW
