Okay. So this may be the right time to talk about the 2019 Abia governorship election. I'm sure many of you have heard what was declared as result. Well, that is, sadly, what the world will go on believing as the true result.
Right now, I may not have the platform to argue against it, because we entered the race, fully conscious of the capacity, and readiness of #AbiaPDP to never play by the rules. The day the party allows votes to count in Abia is the day their evil hold on the state ends.
We entered the race with the awareness that we were not to let a repeat of 2015 happen again. We planned to stop it from happening. We accept responsibility for letting it happen again; even if we could do so little in that regard, seeing the collusion between INEC, Army & Police
In 2019, the dynamics changed. A third force joined the race - Uche Ogah of APC. Some Abians, angry about how their votes were stolen in 2015, vowed to vote for him irrespective of his party, since he was coming with 'Federal might'.
But even with that, our campaign consistently conducted opinion polls, & we knew we had more spread. We had more supporters. Yet, we weren't arrogant. We ran the most impactful campaign, knocking on at least 50,000 doors, holding countless community meetings & multiple rallies
PDP never campaigned beyond a couple of LGAs. As far back as January, those in their camp boasted to the hearing of some of us that the governorship election was a concluded matter. A commissioner in Ikpeazu's govt asked my friend, 'do you see us campaigning? It is settled!'.
In spite of this, we believed that INEC would be fair & insist on declaring only results that came through voting. Well, that didn't happen. In 3 LGAs where PDP 'won' big, the results were written. Our agents were either chased away, beaten up or threatened with death.
Of particular interest is Obingwa. They said over 80,000 came out to vote. Given an average national voter turn out of 25 to 35%, over 80,000 voting in Obingwa is just ridiculous. The results were simply written, like it happened in 2015.
Take for instance, a son of same Obingwa was contesting for Senate. The votes from there were not even up to 27,000, because when they wrote their fake 27,000 votes as result, INEC queried it and insisted that the Card Reader never captured such number as having been accredited.
It was for that reason that the election was inconclusive. Then, suddenly, over 80,000 came out and voted. Aba has over 400,000 registered voters, yet 80,000 people didn't come out to vote. Do you know why PDP did this? The intention is not to serve anyone. It is to plunder Abia.
The results you see were not certified by Card Readers. They were just written and declared. I know some people will not believe me. But that's okay.
Some will wonder why Alex Otti didn't even come '2nd'. 3 weeks ago, information got to us that the plan was 2 award PDP 1st position, APC 2nd & APGA 3rd so as 2 ensure that 'stubborn' Otti doesn't approach the courts. The results u're seeing were written by INEC, on behalf of PDP
Do I accept it? Well, I don't. But I don't have the powers to do anything right now. My regret is that I knew this would happen, we knew this would happen, yet we took ONLY civil measures to forestall it. You don't play civil while dealing with #AbiaPDP.
My worry about this heist is that the spirit of the Abia voter has been crushed totally. If Alex Otti of APGA couldn't save them, and Uche Ogah of APC  (with 'Federal might') couldn't save them, they're now forever left in the hands of those who have zero respect for them.
And among Abia sons and daughters, who else will dare challenge this evil gang?

For me, I'll not be forced by #AbiaPDP into conformity with their incompetence and grand thievery and plunder of state resources. I will not yield to their evil machinations. I will not be subdued.
And, let me even add, that I will not give up on my state. Their plot is to scare every decent mind away. But we will refuse to go away.
My sincere appreciation goes to my friends here. You gave me all the support. You wanted genuine change in Abia. You refused to buy the falsehood the government came to market on Social Media. Thank you for standing with the people of Abia.
There are also those who do not necessarily like me, but who think Abia deserved better. So it wasn't about me, it was about their values. I am grateful. Thank you for holding on to those values. They will speak for you in the future.
And there are those who wished the worst on Abia, simply because they don't like me, or are uncomfortable with some of my political views. My prayer is that the sort of calamity that has befallen Abia should not near any other state in this country.
It is heartbreaking. And no state should experience it.

I urge you guys to keep praying for my state. Some day, the people will be victorious. For now, I'll be silent, as I rue what should have been.

Thank you for reading my lengthy thread. 😊😊😊
