As far as I can tell, Wyndham Lewis invented almost all the arguments for anti-anti-racism in his book Paleface (1929): dangers of white guilt & condescension, reverse racism, etc. His historical importance is obscured because he went on to praise Hitler.
It's striking how often Wyndham Lewis pioneered conservative arguments. In Tarr (1918) he went after "bourgeois-bohemians" long before David Brooks was born. The Revenge for Love (1937) is a satire on what Tom Wolfe would call "radical chic"
