Justice Kavanaugh news: The 10th Circuit Judicial Council today denied petitions to review the earlier decision to dismiss the 83 ethics complaints filed against Kavanaugh (see: buzzfeednews.com/article/zoetil…) uscourts.gov/courts/ca10/10… 
There's an interesting dissent from Judge Briscoe, who argued that the 10th Circuit Judicial Council shouldn't have handled the petitions for review because it was the council that did the first round of review, as opposed to the chief judge, which is the normal process
Now, the people who filed these ethics complaints against Kavanaugh can asked the Judicial Conference's Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability, which is comprised of judges from across the country, to review the 10th Circuit's decision
Oh also Judge Lucero agreed with Judge Briscoe that the council should have been disqualified from handling the review petitions, so he recused himself
