But that's what happens when the UK Government has loopy plans like disregarding tariffs it should be levying, in order to avoid creating a hard border. Tilts the playing field, because stuff can go ROI->NI tariff free, but NI-ROI incurs tariffs (of course - ROI is in the EU).
