This analyses the distribution of the uptake of the #RevokeArticle50 Petition, pointing out there are some surprising low scoring areas.

There is much to be proud about given the fact it is just 35k off 6 million signatures, but there is work to be done. theconversation.com/revoke-article…
2/ Signing is down from over 1k a minute signatures at its peak to 160 per min now

The pattern of voting generally follows the scatter chart of remain, but remain areas in Wales, parts of Scotland and most of NI are not signing at the same rate

We need local groups to engage
3/. BUT if we are to win any PV or persuade and really worry the most resistant of MP the biggest work has to be done in the Leave voting areas much of which are scoring low on the petition.

Could you go through this very helpful signature ranking tool, see where your area is.
4/. Then get together with those in your area and think hard about how to tackle this.

I suspect most of us feel a bit worried about tackling this face to face and by direct email but this will have to be done and sooner is better than later.

It also isn’t my strength.
5/. I am finding the best way in is to start along the lines of “Brexit is doing my head in. What about you? ...They have made a terrible mess of it and I am now very worried about the future job, NHS and carers (adapt)”.

Have you had enough?...Is it time to bin it?”
Petition
6/. Others, more skilled than I am, may have better approaches. Let us share them.

Whilst we are over 1/3rd of the way there, as this article points out, there is still a way to go but every signature collected now carries clout. Also information on how to prepare well for PV.
7/. Can you think of people with excellent networks in your area. With Mums. (Mumsnets, childcare groups, gyms) With Grandparents (Gransnets..all ideas especially welcome), Christian religious groups seem more densely populated with Leavers.

How can you engage with them?
7/ @Richard_Ampere has just attached the results of the number crunching he has been doing.

I think it’s time to put our analytical hats on. Not be complacent if living in a high Remain area, as there is still much work to be done.
But esp with Leave

8/. Thank you Eichard. That has identified some local trends either side of that scatter chart worth attending to.

If people are struggling in their own area put your thinking caps on to see who you can work with and maybe see if there are people on here you can plan with.
9/ In some areas there are more established Remain campaign groups than others.

Maybe they can help their neighbours that are less well establish.

Time to share good practise.

Ask @BestForBritain for training.

No time to waste with talk of GEs and PV increasing.
10/. We need local analysis, planning, strategy, including identification of which people are best at which activities and maybe take leads on it.

We have done so well.
I’m sure that May & Corbyn thought we would have largely given up along time ago.
Counted on it.
11/. Well. They underestimated the strength of our resistance.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Now we need to recharge...and charge forward again so we do not lose momentum.

I’ve made great friends through Brexit.
Met fantastic people.
